Sofa cleaning is performed by placing the sofa on a plastic sheet to protect the floor, then applying our unique soap-less solution, which is rinsed out by a powerful extractor machine using only hot water - nothing is left behind. No chemicals or dust, or allergens. In most cases, we apply a protector, depending on the fabric. Our machine has been especially developed for ChemDry by one of the top manufacturers available.
We try to keep the disturbance of your daily household or office to a low level. We deliver maximum result in a minimum amount of time, usually a few hours for a sofa. But we take the time it needs, also if that means we spend a bit more time than planned - your satisfaction is what counts for us.
Our friendly and professional service completes the package. A sofa needs about 24 hours of drying time, in part due to the water-based protector that is applied after cleaning.
Heavily soiled sofas, even with red wine or pet stains are no longer your problem. Most times, we can get rid of all of them.

Is there anything we cannot fix? Sure, if the colours have faded, or if they have been altered by dyes or chemicals such as bleech, this is damage to the fibre, and not what we would call a stain. But these are exceptions. At least nine stains out of ten will disappear.
Cost depends upon size, type of fabric and general condition of the upholstery. Urine treatment or lots of reversible cushions affect the price, so it's hard to give a one size fits all quote. On average, the price will be ten percent or less of the new value, and much less than that for expensive sofas. Over the phone, we can usually give you a pretty accurate estimate based on your information about the sofa or the chairs.
