With wall-to-wall carpeting, we start by hoovering the carpet with an industrial grade machine, which gets out much more dry particles than normal vacuum cleaners can. After that, we spray in the fibre with our cleaning solution, called The Natural, which starts dissolving the dirt. After about ten minutes dwell time, we go over the carpet with a buffer with a cotton or micro-fibre pad underneath it, which absorbs the solution along with the dirt. A protector is mixed in with the solution, that sticks to the fibre while we clean. Drying times vary, but are usually between 2 and 4 hours.
Noise levels are low. After the vacuuming, there is hardly any noise at all. We deliver great results in a small amount of time, normally a few hours for a living room. But we always take the time it needs, even if that means we spend a bit more time than originally planned - your satisfaction is what is important to us.

Heavily soiled carpets, even with the more difficult stains like red wine or pet stains are no longer your problem. Usually, we can get rid of all of them, as long as no bleaching substances are involved. Even then, we can colour in small bleached stains.
The more unusual fibres such as viscose, Tencel, eucalyptus, and banana-skin are nothing new to us. We know how to clean them, and - more importantly - how not to abuse them.
Sadly, we have seen too many attempts at cleaning these fibres with strong chemicals, and by hard rubbing. There is definitely a reason so many top suppliers in Amsterdam refer to us, specifically, when asked by customers how to clean their carpet.When treating a stain, please remember to not rush into anything. Take your time, contact the manufacturer if possible, or us. We also do stain removal, because it is not always necessary to have your whole carpet cleaned. Sometimes these things happen on a brand new carpet.
